A Little About Gali Nes
A yoga practitioner for over 17 years and a teacher of Ashtanga and yoga philosophy. I guide women and men through deep processes of self-connection, natural nutrition, body cleansing and embedding beneficial habits as a way of life.
Founder of the community “Beneficial Habits – Healthy Living with Gali” and the podcast “How Does It Connect to Life”.
I come from a world of inner inquiry — consciousness, body, movement and habits. I believe that yoga begins long before the mat, and that real change happens the moment theory becomes everyday practice.
I teach through a combination of yoga, writing, breath, healthy nutrition and deep processes that allow a person to meet themselves beneath the layers.
An eternal student of life, committed to simplicity, presence and clarity. For me, every practice is another step on the path inward, and another opportunity to choose who I want to be.
